Transportation
Locally arranged transport is used at times during the programme. You agree to also abide by the terms and conditions of all such carriers related to the trip. Where public transport is used we cannot be held responsible for its standards, nor liable for any damages, loss, or injury, incurred during its use.
Condition of Cancellation and Charges
You may cancel your arrangements at any time. Should you need to cancel your chosen arrangements you must immediately adviseby e-mailing. Notice of cancellation will only be effective when we receive written note of it.
If you cancel your booking within twelve weeks of departure, the below cancellation charges will be incurred.
40 days and above
30% of the programme cost
20 days and above
75% of the programme cost
14 days before arrival
100% of the programme cost
Please note,
Bookings for the months of Dec 20th -Jan 10th, peak of the season the rates are due to change. In accepting these Terms & Conditions you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these additional terms.
Making a Booking / Reservation
Booking is accepted on the strict understanding that you undertake to comply with the laws, customs, foreign exchange, drug and all other regulations of the places visited during the programme, as well as all hygiene, safety and security rules. In addition, many Villages and towns have their own behavioral and guidelines which are intended to ensure your safety. Please ensure that you keep within the law, in case of arrestment for breaking the law Lamu Holiday Solutions will not be held responsible.
Disclaimer
You are in the responsibility of our hands only during the time as specified in the package details. You are welcome to include extra services in your itinerary. If you decide to buy the extra services using a third party Lamu Holiday Solutions will not be held responsible.
