Lamu Main Market
Lamu town has a food market which is open the whole week as from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. You can buy seafood mainly (fish), beef, local chicken, vegetables and cereals at a market price. Most food stuff come from the main land.

There are fresh seafood dealers around Lamu town and Shela village: Lobster, Fish, Crab, Jumbo prawns, Calamari, Oysters and others. Seafood price is dynamic depending on the season.
